At SARIS Furniture, we specialise in delivering quality furniture throughout the Perth metropolitan area. As an online-only store, we've partnered with reliable delivery services to ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time.

Delivery Areas

We exclusively deliver to the Perth metropolitan area, including:

Northern Suburbs

  • Joondalup, Wanneroo, Alkimos, Yanchep, and surrounds
  • Two Rocks, Quinns Rocks, and coastal areas

Southern Suburbs

  • Mandurah, Rockingham, Kwinana, and surrounds
  • Baldivis, Secret Harbour, and coastal areas

Eastern Suburbs

  • Midland, Mundaring, Kalamunda, and surrounds
  • Swan Valley and hills areas

Western Suburbs

  • Fremantle, Cottesloe, Claremont, and surrounds
  • All western coastal suburbs

CBD and Inner Suburbs

  • Perth CBD, Northbridge, East Perth, West Perth
  • Subiaco, South Perth, Victoria Park, and surrounds

Please note: We currently do not deliver to regional Western Australia. We only service the Perth metropolitan area.

Delivery Timeframes

In-Stock Items

  • Standard delivery: 5-10 business days
  • Express delivery available for select items

Made-to-Order Items

  • Production time: 8-10 weeks
  • Delivery: Additional 5-10 business days after production

Please note: All timeframes are estimates and may vary due to production schedules or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery suburb within Perth metro
  • Size and weight of items
  • Number of pieces in your order

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $2,000 within the Perth metropolitan area.

  3. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically

Delivery Process

Step 1: Order Confirmation

  • You'll receive an email confirming your order
  • Production begins for made-to-order items

Step 2: Pre-Delivery Contact

  • Our delivery team will contact you via email to schedule delivery
  • You'll receive delivery details 2-3 days before arrival
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery

Step 3: Delivery Day

  • Our drivers will call 30-60 minutes before arrival
  • Items will be delivered to your ground floor entrance
  • Please inspect all items before signing

Delivery Requirements

  • Clear access to the delivery address
  • Adequate space for delivery vehicles
  • Safe pathways for furniture movement

Reception Requirements

  • An adult must be present to receive delivery
  • Inspection of items is required before signing
  • Report any visible damage immediately

White Glove Delivery (Additional Cost)

  • Placement in room of choice
  • Basic assembly if required
  • Removal of packaging materials

Installation Service (Additional Cost)

  • Professional assembly of complex items
  • Wall mounting where applicable

Important Delivery Information

What's Included

  • Standard delivery to ground floor entrance
  • Basic unpacking of items
  • Removal of external packaging

What's Not Included

  • Carrying items upstairs
  • Assembly (unless pre-arranged)
  • Disposal of packaging materials
  • Placement in specific rooms (unless White Glove service selected)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Tracking number via email
  • Estimated delivery date
  • Contact details for the delivery company

Missed Deliveries

If you miss your scheduled delivery:

  • Contact us within 24 hours
  • Redelivery fees may apply
  • Storage fees may apply after 7 days

Delivery Damage or Issues

At Time of Delivery

  • Inspect all items carefully
  • Note any damage on the delivery receipt
  • Take photos of any damaged items
  • Do not refuse delivery unless severely damaged

After Delivery

  • Report any hidden damage within 48 hours
  • Email photos to info@sarisfurniture.com.au
  • Include your order number and description of damage

Delivery Restrictions

  • We only deliver within the Perth metropolitan area
  • We do not deliver to regional Western Australia
  • We do not offer interstate or international shipping
  • PO Box addresses are not accepted

A: No, we exclusively service the Perth metropolitan area.

A: Standard deliveries are Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Q: Can I collect my order?

A: As an online-only store, we don't offer customer pickup. All orders must be delivered.

Q: What if I live in an apartment?

A: Please include apartment details and any access codes when ordering. Note that standard delivery is to ground floor only.

Q: Why don't you deliver to regional areas?

A: As a Perth-based online furniture store, we currently focus on providing the best service to our local Perth metropolitan customers.
